Terms of Use
Last updated: March 2026
Interseed is your digital House of Prayer, where believers can come together and be united through Jesus Christ and the power of prayer. We welcome all people seeking prayer and community from a body of Christian believers. These Terms apply to your access and use of the Interseed website, emails, services, the App, and any of the services available through the App (collectively, the "Services"). Please read these Terms and our Privacy Policy carefully before you start to use the App and Services.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable, limited licence to use and access the Services solely as permitted by these Terms. We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you by these Terms.
Your licence does not include the right to:
- Licence, sell, transfer, assign, distribute, host or otherwise commercially exploit the Services or Content.
- Modify, prepare derivative works of, disassemble, decompile or reverse engineer any part of the Services or Content.
- Access the Services or Content in order to build a similar or competitive website, product or service.
You represent that you are 13 years or older (or at or over the age required by the laws of your country) to create an account or otherwise use the Services. If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a legal entity, you represent that you have full legal authority to bind such entity to these Terms.
While we hope to always offer the App, its Services, and all of its features, we reserve the right to change, suspend or cease offering the App, the Services, or any part or functionality of the App without notice.
We will not be liable to you or any third party if for any reason all or any part of the App and Services is unavailable, modified, suspended or discontinued at any time. Any future release, update or other addition to the Services will be subject to these Terms.
To use the App and/or the Services, you may be required to create an Interseed account ("Account") and provide us with a username, password, and certain other information about yourself as set out in the Privacy Policy.
You are solely responsible for the information associated with your Account and anything that happens related to your Account. You must maintain the security of your Account and immediately inform us if you discover or suspect that someone has accessed your account without permission.
The App contains interactive features that allow users to post, submit, publish, display, or transmit to other users prayers, content or materials — including data, text, information, screen names, graphics, photos, profiles, audio and video clips, and links (collectively, "Content").
The Content that you post must abide by the Content Policy and the Moderator Guidelines. We do not undertake to review Content before it is posted and cannot ensure prompt removal of objectionable material. We assume no liability for any action or inaction regarding transmissions, communications, or content provided by any user or third party. We may, in our sole discretion, delete or remove Content at any time.
You represent and warrant that: (i) you own the Content posted by you or otherwise have the right to grant a licence; (ii) the posting and use of your Content does not violate any privacy, publicity, copyright, contract, intellectual property or other rights of any person; and (iii) the posting of your Content does not result in a breach of contract between you and a third party.
By providing any Content on or through the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, limited licence to use, modify, publicly display, reproduce and translate such Content solely in order to offer the App.
The App and Services may contain links to third-party websites, social media profiles, products or services ("Third Party Content"). Third Party Content is not under our control and we are not responsible for any third party's websites, products or services. Your use of Third Party Content is at your own risk.
The Services may also contain sponsored Third Party Content or advertisements. You acknowledge and agree that we may place advertisements in connection with the display of any Content or information on the App.
You agree you are not permitted to use the App and Services in the following ways:
- In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
- To abuse, threaten, impersonate, intimidate or harass other App users.
- For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way.
- To impersonate any company or person, including us or another App user.
- To engage in any conduct which may harm us or users of the App or expose them to liability.
- To modify, adapt or hack the App, or modify another website so as to falsely imply it is associated with the App.
- To gain access (or attempt to gain access) to another user's Account or any non-public portions of the App or its systems.
- In any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the App.
- To copy, crawl, scrape or otherwise cache any material or content on the App.
- To introduce any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other malicious material.
- In any manner that we reasonably believe to be an abuse of or fraud on us or any payment system.
- To attack the App via a denial-of-service or distributed denial-of-service attack.
We encourage you to report content or conduct that violates these Terms. We also support the responsible reporting of security vulnerabilities.
We respect the intellectual property of others and require that users do the same. We have a policy that includes the removal of any infringing material from the App and the termination, in appropriate circumstances, of users who are repeat infringers.

There are no fees for use of the App. However, some Services may be available for purchase. In addition to these Terms, by purchasing or using our Virtual Goods, you further agree to the Virtual Goods Terms.
Moderating a group Account is an unofficial, voluntary position. We are not responsible for actions taken by moderators. We reserve the right to revoke or limit a user's ability to moderate at any time and for any reason.
If you choose to moderate a group:
- You agree to follow the Moderator Guidelines and accept the Statement of Faith.
- You agree to take appropriate action when you receive reports related to a group you moderate.
- You are not, and may not represent that you are, authorised to act on behalf of Interseed.
- You may not enter into any agreement with a third party on behalf of Interseed without our written approval.
- You may not perform moderation actions in return for any form of compensation, gift, or favour from third parties.
- If you have access to non-public information as a result of moderating, you will use such information only in connection with your performance as a moderator.
- You may create and enforce rules for the groups you moderate, provided such rules do not conflict with these Terms or the Statement of Faith.
You expressly acknowledge and agree that the use of the App and Services is at your sole risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty whatsoever — whether express or implied — including but not limited to completeness, security, reliability, quality, accuracy, availability, or fitness for purpose. Warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose, title and non-infringement of third-party rights are disclaimed.
In no event will we, our licensors, service providers, or any of their employees, agents, officers, or directors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary or consequential losses or damages whatsoever arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the App or Services — including but not limited to personal injury, pain and suffering, emotional distress, loss of revenue, loss of profit, loss of data, or business interruption — whether based on breach of contract, tort (including negligence), product liability or otherwise.
We are not liable to you for any damage or alteration to your device as a result of the installation or use of the App.
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
We may revise and update these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Any changes are effective when we post them. Your continued use of the App or Services following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
Because we offer a variety of Services, you may be asked to agree to additional terms before using a specific product or service ("Additional Terms"). To the extent any Additional Terms conflict with these Terms, the Additional Terms govern with respect to your use of the corresponding Service.
You may terminate these Terms at any time and for any reason by deleting your Account and discontinuing use of all Services. If you stop using the Services without deactivating your Account, your Account may be deactivated due to prolonged inactivity.
We may suspend or terminate your Account, moderator status, or ability to access or use the Services at any time for any or no reason, including for violating these Terms or our Content Policy.
The following sections will survive any termination of these Terms or of your Account: User Contributions, Indemnity, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Governing Law and Venue, Termination, and Miscellaneous.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your access to and use of the Services. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not operate as a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms is held to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, the rest of the Terms will remain in effect. You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without our consent. We may freely assign any of our rights and obligations under these Terms.

Interseed is a digital house of prayer. You can post, comment, discuss, support, and connect with people who share your common Christian faith. The culture of each group is shaped by the community rules enforced by moderators. Please abide by the rules of Interseed and the groups in which you participate.
Rule 1 — Be Responsible. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your Account. Remember that the App is a place for creating community and belonging, not for attacking marginalised, vulnerable, or specific groups of people. Everyone has a right to use the App free of harassment, bullying, and threats of violence.
Rule 2 — Be Authentic. Post authentic content. Do not engage in content manipulation or otherwise interfere with or disrupt Interseed, the groups, or any users. You do not have to use your real name, but do not impersonate an individual or entity in a misleading or deceptive manner.
Rule 3 — Respect Privacy. Respect the privacy of others. Instigating harassment — for example by revealing someone's personal or confidential information — is not allowed. Never post or threaten to post content which could harm another person without their consent.
Rule 4 — Be Real. Do not impersonate an individual or entity in a misleading or deceptive manner.
Rule 5 — Keep it Legal. Avoid posting illegal content or soliciting or facilitating illegal or prohibited transactions. Do not send, upload, or re-use any material which: is defamatory, obscene, abusive, offensive, harassing, violent, hateful, or inflammatory; promotes sexually explicit material, violence, or discrimination; infringes intellectual property rights; involves commercial activities without our consent; or gives the impression that it is endorsed by Koinonia if it is not.
Rule 6 — Do Not Interfere. Do not interfere with the normal use of Interseed.
Rule 7 — Remember God. We are called to encourage each other and build each other up in faith. Reflect on whether your content is edifying to God and encourages another person's faith. We are called to be responsible and create a community that is loving, kind and prayerful.
Enforcement. We have a variety of ways of enforcing our rules, including asking you to refrain from posting the content, temporary or permanent suspension of Accounts, removal of privileges, referral to law enforcement, banning and deletion of groups, and/or termination of your access.
We want to create an engaging, safe space for Christians to share their faith and encourage each other through prayer and healthy dialogue. Healthy Christian groups are those where participants engage in good faith, honouring and loving one another as revealed in the Bible.
Group Management. Moderators should:
- Describe clearly what your community is so users can find what they are looking for.
- Maintain clear, concise, and consistent guidelines for participation.
- Maintain stable and active moderation teams who are available to answer questions.
- Provide an email address for us to contact you.
Managing Multiple Groups. We expect you to manage communities as isolated groups. Sitting on groups for long periods for the sake of holding onto them is prohibited.
Respect Interseed. We may, at our discretion, intervene to take control of a group when we believe it is in the best interest of the group or the platform. When we contact you as a moderator, we ask that you respond within a reasonable amount of time. Where moderators consistently violate these guidelines, we may take actions including dropping moderator status, prevention of future moderation rights, or account deletion.
The App allows you to "earn" or otherwise obtain certain in-app items such as Interseed seeds, badges, and awards ("Virtual Goods"). You may also use fiat currency to purchase a licence to use certain Virtual Goods. Purchased Virtual Goods are subject to the payment terms and conditions of the mobile platform (e.g. Apple's iOS, Google's Android OS) from which you make your purchase.
You agree that you have no ownership interest in your Account or any Virtual Goods associated with your Account, regardless of whether you "earned" or "purchased" them. Virtual Goods have no monetary value or independent value outside of the App and may not be redeemed for any cash or cash equivalent value.
We may modify, suspend or terminate Virtual Goods for any or no reason, at our sole discretion and without advance notice or liability. Virtual Goods are non-refundable and non-transferable between Accounts. You may not sell, barter, or trade any Virtual Goods.
God is the Creator and Ruler of the universe. He has eternally existed as the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit — commonly known as the Trinity. The three are coequal and are one God. (Genesis 1:1, Matthew 28:19, 2 Corinthians 13:14)
Jesus is the Son of God. Jesus is coequal with the Father and Holy Spirit. He was incarnated through the virgin birth, lived a sinless life, and offered Himself as the perfect sacrifice for the sins of all people by dying on the cross. He arose from the dead after three days, ascended to heaven, and will return again to reign as King. (Matthew 1:22–23, John 1:1–5, 1 Corinthians 15:3–4)
The Holy Spirit is coequal with the Father and Jesus. He is present in the world, endows spiritual gifts to strengthen the Body of Christ, and guides us in doing what is right. (Acts 1:8, 1 Corinthians 12:7–11)
The Bible is the Inspired, Infallible and Authoritative Word of God. Written by human authors under the guidance of the Holy Spirit, the Bible is without error and is the supreme source of truth for Christian beliefs and living. (2 Timothy 3:16)
People are made in the image of God. Although every person has tremendous potential for good, all of us are marred by sin — an attitude of disobedience toward God that separates us from Him. (Genesis 1:27, Isaiah 53:6)
Salvation is by God's grace. We can never make up for our sin by good works. Only through repentance and faith in the work of Jesus Christ on the cross can anyone be saved from sin's penalty. (Ephesians 2:8–9, Romans 5:1)
Our Christian Walk. God desires an intimate relationship with us. He calls us to abide in Him, to love one another, to pray for each other (1 Tim 2:1), to encourage and build each other up in faith (1 Thess 5:11), and in all things to glorify God (1 Cor 10:31).
Church. There is one true universal church made up of a community of genuine believers across different locations and local churches who share a common faith, whose mission is to know God and make Him known. Jesus is the head of this community. (Acts 15:22, Ephesians 5:23)
We are created in God's Image. We believe that God created humans in His image, intentionally and immutably male and female. Christians are called to proclaim the truth and beauty of God's design, including marriage as a sacred covenant between man and woman. (Genesis 1:27)
