We, Koinonia Technologies Pte. Ltd. ("Koinonia") respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the privacy of the users of the Interseed platform ("App"). This Policy applies to any individual's personal data which is in our possession or under our control and describes how we may collect, use, disclose, process and manage your personal data.
We define personal data as data that can be used to uniquely identify an individual. It can be collected from various sources through your use of the App and Services. Examples include:
- Personal particulars — your name, birthdate, email address.
- Content & communications — when you sign up, create or share content, or message others. This includes groups you join, users you connect to, prayer requests you post or have prayed for, and changes to your settings.
- Usage information — the type of content you view, features you use, actions you take, accounts you interact with, and the time, frequency and duration of your activities.
- Transaction information — payment details including card number, bank account number, authentication information, and billing/contact details for any in-app purchases or donations.
- Third-party sign-in — if you sign up or log in via Facebook, Google, or Apple ID, we receive the personal data you authorised those services to share with us.
- Preferences & interests — information arising from your use of the App, Services, and other products or services we or our partners provide.
- Technical data — IP addresses, cookies, activity logs, online identifiers, and location data.
- Device information — device brand and model, operating system, language, unique device identifiers (such as IDFA), and mobile network information.
- Geolocation information.
- App-specific information — application version, activity on the App, installation date, and last used date.
The App also makes use of third-party libraries, APIs, and software which may collect additional information. Please refer to the relevant third party's privacy policy for more information.
Koinonia may collect, use, and disclose your personal data for the following purposes:
- To develop, provide, and administer the App and Services, and to enable your access and use.
- To manage your relationship with Koinonia, including informing you of changes to the App or Services.
- To communicate with you and respond to your enquiries, complaints, claims, or disputes.
- To manage our infrastructure and comply with internal policies and procedures.
- To verify your identity.
- To enable carrier billing or billing via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- To develop and personalise the App and Services.
- To maintain and administer software updates and support.
- To tailor your experience by displaying content according to your interests and preferences.
- To provide targeted marketing and advertisements via electronic transmission in the App or to your email address(es).
- To conduct research, analysis and development activities — including data analytics, surveys, and product development — and to monitor and improve how the App and Services function.
- To respond to legal processes or comply with applicable laws, governmental or regulatory requirements.
- To administer benefits or entitlements connected to your use of the App and Services.
- In connection with seeking consultancy or professional advice, including legal advice.
- For the purposes set out in our Terms of Service.
- For such other purposes which Koinonia notifies you of from time to time.
Given the nature of the App, we may collect by inference sensitive personal data concerning you — in particular, your religious beliefs.
You understand that the collection and processing of such data is intrinsically linked to the use of the App and Services. If you refuse to allow such sensitive personal data to be collected by Koinonia, you will not be able to use the App and Services.
We may, from time to time and in compliance with applicable data privacy laws, disclose your data to:
- Personnel or independent contractors of Koinonia.
- Third parties wherever located, in order to carry out the purposes described in this Policy.
- Service providers including — but not limited to — hosting providers, advertising service providers, advisors, vendors, and other third-party service providers.
- Competent authorities as required by law, judicial or administrative decisions.
Our website and App use cookies. A cookie is a small text file placed on your computer or mobile device when you visit a website or use an app. Cookies collect information about users and their visit, such as IP address, how they arrived at the website, and how they navigate within the site or App.
We use cookies and other technologies to:
- Facilitate your internet sessions and use of the App.
- Offer you products and/or services according to your preferred settings.
- Track use of our App or website.
- Compile statistics of activities you carry out.
Your personal data will be retained for as long as it is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it is collected, or for business or legal purposes, or until your account is deleted.
You may delete your account within the app or through a written request. This removes all personal data in our possession, and you will not be able to recover that information later.
You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data. To do so, please contact us at hello@interseed.io with the subject line: "Request for Data Deletion". Upon receiving your request, we will verify your identity and proceed to delete your personal data from our systems within a reasonable timeframe, in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Certain data may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g. fraud prevention or legal compliance).
Koinonia makes reasonable security arrangements designed to protect against and prevent loss, misuse, or alteration of your personal data. However, you understand that the transmission of information via the Internet and the storing of electronic information is not completely secure.
Although Koinonia will do its best to protect your personal data, Koinonia cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted to the App or stored by us.
You may request access to or make corrections to your personal data held by us. We may charge a fee for processing your request for access.

Some parts of the App and Services implement Google Maps API(s). Your use of such parts of the App and/or Services which implement Google Maps API(s) is subject to Google's Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy, as may be updated from time to time.
Koinonia may make such amendments to this Policy as it may in its discretion deem fit from time to time. Koinonia will notify you of such amendments by posting them on the App or through such other method of notification as may be designated by Koinonia (such as posting on the website, via email or other forms of electronic communications), which you agree shall be sufficient notice.
If you do not agree to be bound by the amendments, you shall immediately cease all access and/or use of the App and Services. Your continued use and/or access to the App and/or Services after being notified of such amendments constitutes: (i) acknowledgement of this Policy and its amendments; and (ii) agreement to give the consents set out in this Policy.
